unworn, unwashed

, with original tags and intact packaging.

Shoes

must be returned with the original box and only after trying them on a clean surface

Non-refundable items:

personalized or made-to-measure items, earrings, underwear/swimwear without seals, opened cosmetics, gift cards.

Sale items

are refundable; promotional benefits are not recredited

Costs

Belgium:

return label €5.90 (deducted from refund) or free in-store return.

EU:

variable cost depending on the country (we will inform you before).

Returns for defective or incorrect items are

free of charge

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

(unless it’s our mistake or a defect).

Size/color exchanges

are possible if available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Defects & Warranty

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos .We will apply the EU legal warranty
