Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn't quite right, returning it is simple and always free.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order (or collect it in store) to return it, no questions asked. Returns are always free
In store
Bring the item back to A.ME, Rue de Namur 99, during opening hours. It's free, and you can choose an exchange on the spot.
By post, from any country we ship to:

How to return an item

Send the parcel or bring it to the store within 14 days of your request.Conditions
To be accepted, items must be:
unworn, unwashed and free of any signs of use (you may try them on as you would in a fitting room); with the original tags
still attached;
in their original packaging, where applicable.
We cannot accept returns of:
fragrances that have been opened or whose seal has been broken;
earrings and personal care items, for hygiene reasons;
items personalised or altered at your request.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days
of receiving your return, usually much sooner.
Refunds are made using
the same payment method used for the order.
If you return your entire order, we also refund any original shipping costs.Exchanges

Just mention it in your request: if the item is available, we'll ship it to you free of charge
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or one that differs from what you ordered, contact us right away: we'll replace or refund it, with all costs covered by us. Your statutory warranty rights always remain in effect.
